Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure all furniture or decor items are disassembled and placed back into their original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at a designated courier point or schedule a home collection for larger furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
